We are Alessio and Grecia

“I am Alessio, nature and life passionate, I was born in Italy and I used to work as a chef for several years. Now I left restaurants and start my services as Permaculture designer and consultant. I also grow a garden to supply Circolo with fresh ingredients. Best products comes from the care of land, animals and the ecosystem itself. I feel honored to share my love for nature, food and humanity in this project“

“I am Grecia, an adventurous soul with a great curiosity for life and human connections. I come from a rural small town in South Spain where food has ever been the best way to bring people together. With many years of experience in the gastronomy sector, I have always known that to serve people is my purpose. The reason I live for.  And now I do it through this passionate project and my own conscious loft in which I share the power of healthy habits,  yoga, human development and self- growth with different classes and workshops” 

We run CIRCOLO together since March 2020. Everything has started with the lock-down when we’ve been lucky enough to master the use of a wood oven at home in Portugal. Since then every day was an opportunity for culinary experiments an for making our friends´ bellies happy. 

We started selling pizza bases until we managed to buy a portable pizza oven. At that moment, we moved to Spain and we started a take away service.

Once moved back to Portugal the collaborations with hostels starts as well as private events.

And here we are! Pizza made us happy, it has been an amazing tool to bring the community together again after much isolation. 

We are proud for everything that this project has given us, all the opportunities, amazing experiences and incredible people we have had the honor to collaborate with. In this last years, we have served people in many happy and special moments. Weddings, Birthdays, Parties, Gatherings, Retreats, Festivals, etc.
