“I am Alessio, nature and life passionate, I was born in Italy and I used to work as a chef for several years. Now I left restaurant’s kitchens for this project with the will to be closer to my clients, to experience fully what I stand for: connecting people through food. I also start farming looking for health, resiliency and taste, now providing Circolo with fresh ingredients. Best products comes from the care of the land, the animals and the ecosystem itself. I feel honored to share my love for nature, food and humanity in this project that brought me in places where I could never imagine“

 

CIRCOLO starts in March 2020. In the lock-down I have been lucky enough to master the use of a wood oven at home in Portugal with my partner and the few friends that lived with us. Since then every day was an opportunity for culinary experiments an for making the friends´ bellies happy. 

Me and my partner started selling pizza bases until we managed to buy a portable pizza oven. At that moment, we moved to Spain, where the take away service begun.

Once moved back to Portugal Circolo starts to collaborate with hostels and do private events.

Pizza has been an amazing tool to bring the community together again after much isolation.
We, Circolo, are glad for of the journey so far and for all the opportunities, amazing experiences and incredible people met and collaborated with. In this last years, we have served people in many special moments. Weddings, Birthdays, Parties, Gatherings, Retreats, Festivals, etc.
